PTL II Guide:
1) Fast for at least one hour, preferably two hours, before each visit.
2) No antibiotics, anti-histamines, or steroids for at least two hours before each visit.
3) Drink plenty of water to be well hydrated before each visit. *Drink water during the fasting period.
4) After each visit, there may or may not be fasting/avoidances. It varies per treatment.
